Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, Buy Nutritionals Direct LTD must provide information in regards to “your right” as a customer to cancel an order.
USANA offers Preferred Customers, and retail customers who order directly from an official USANA website, a 100%, 30-day, money back guarantee on their initial product order. If for any reason a Preferred Customer is dissatisfied with any USANA product, he/she may return that product to the Company within thirty (30) days for replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price.
Please note if any of the products are open then you will need to follow the procedures set out in USANA’s 30 Day money back guarantee, as additional information will be required.
The guarantee does not include shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
If 30 days have passed, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund on all products as long as they are unopened and still in the same condition as received so that they can be resold. It is the responsibility of the Customer to return the products using a suitable delivery option, which is at least tracked and preferably insured.
If your product is opened and 30 days passes from your initial product order then your right to cancel will be lost.
